All Log To Print products are digital downloads designed for use with DaVinci Resolve Studio. No physical products are shipped.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase.

Try Before You Buy

Free DEMO versions of our DCTLs are available on the Log To Print website. Each DEMO is fully functional and includes a visible watermark.

The DEMO allows you to test the DCTL in DaVinci Resolve Studio and evaluate its functionality before purchasing the full version.

We strongly recommend testing the DEMO before purchasing.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and made available for download.

Please use the free DEMO to evaluate the product before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the purchase has been completed and the product has been made available for download.

Product Access & Download Problems

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access or download your product, please contact us.

We will help resolve legitimate technical problems with accessing the files you purchased.

Please provide your order information and describe the problem so we can assist you.

Incorrect or Missing Product

If you receive a product that is different from the product you purchased, or a required file is missing from your download, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide the correct product or missing files.

Software Compatibility

Log To Print DCTLs are designed for DaVinci Resolve Studio.

Please review the product description and system requirements before purchasing.

Updates

Products may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, or compatibility updates.

Any future updates to a purchased product will be automatically added to your account and will replace the original files, so you will always have access to the latest version.

License & Use

Your purchase includes a license to use the DCTL for personal and commercial projects without limitations, worldwide.

You may use the DCTL in your own color-grading workflow and in projects created for yourself or for clients, including commercial productions.

The DCTL itself may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded, or made available to others as a standalone product.
